This retelling of a popular Mexican fable was okay. The story was funny but I was expecting it to have a little bit more Spanish language interspersed throughout. The illustration style fit what I was expecting from the story. Read full review

I love how there is a description in this book of Spanish words used. This is a great folktale that would be a great addition to any school or classroom library, similar in way to the 3 little pigs where there is a big bad wolf. Read full review
